Bumble Bee Nails

I’ve been meaning to do this design for about two weeks now but haven’t had time so I’ve had plain yellow nails for about a week so had to start from scratch again tonight.
I used Barry M Yellow for the base, which needed 3-4 coats so unfortunately I needed to wait over an hour for the base coats to dry even with Seche Vite dry fast top coat. The yellow is the perfect bumblebee shade so it was worth the wait it in the end!  I then used my black and white Models Own Nail Pens to do the details and Seche Vite dry fast topcoat to finish.  Excluding the time doing the base coats this design only took me about 20 minutes so I am definitely getting much quicker.  Oh and the pattern on my index finger is meant to be honeycomb but it’s a little bit messy.  Overall I love these nails and will be doing a similar design to this a bit further into the summer I think!
